上海能伏移動應(yīng)急電源車系列，采用國內(nèi)的汽車底盤 ( 重慶五十鈴、東風(fēng)等 )，具有優(yōu)良的空氣動力特性、燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性和優(yōu)美的外觀，駕駛室采用高強(qiáng)度鍍鋅鋼板封閉式結(jié)構(gòu)，氣懸式座椅可自動調(diào)節(jié)寬敞舒適，內(nèi)置車載式空調(diào)及立體聲收錄機(jī)等，采用 50~55 度環(huán)境溫度水箱；以應(yīng)對夏季的高溫環(huán)境，保障機(jī)組的正常使用。
移動應(yīng)急電源車系列廂體采用整體鋼性體焊接全封閉結(jié)構(gòu)，具有強(qiáng)度高、質(zhì)量輕、焊接量小，密封性好，防雨、防塵、隔熱、防火、防銹等特點(diǎn)；廂體內(nèi)部預(yù)優(yōu)良行降噪處理，降噪消音材料全部采用防火阻燃降噪材料，以保證正常使用和消除火災(zāi)安全隱患，車輛廂體設(shè)置下圍箱，箱內(nèi)設(shè)置工具箱，放置相關(guān)維修工具、接地裝置等物品。箱內(nèi)可提供液壓驅(qū)動和手動一體的電纜絞盤。
